While some designers look back to influences of previous decades and even centuries, Nicole Miller is surely one step, or decade, ahead.
Futuristic, sharp angles adorned body-con Jetsons-like dresses with skin tight leather sleeves – a look not for the faint hearted, but definitely a look which will keep the night interesting!
Sure to be an editor's favorite are the black wool slouch trousers; enough elegance to sustain a formal business look for the office, but pair it with a sequined tank top and the trousers will be transformed into chic modern disco trousers reminiscent of the 70s disco era, which is on trend for this season.
The sometimes extreme sci-fi concept of the collection was beautifully balanced with luxurious materials like Persian lamb and leather coats as well as elegant pant suits, proving to us once again that Nicole Miller is not one to tread lightly onto the fashion stage.
