Hi LCS,

I own everything in my closet. I still haven't been able to up load everything in my current closet. I don't really like borrowing things unless I can't find a picture the only time I would borrow an image would be if I owned it. I'd like people to make outfits with my items, but at the same time it's ok if they use colors of accessories that I don't have, normally I have something along the lines of the accessories they've used.

Just spent some time photographing more of my own warm weather things. It is a rather labor-intensive process but well worth it, I think. I shoot everything against a smooth white sheet: once with a flash and once without. I upload both images and delete whichever one doesn't look good after I remove the background. I then crop it as closely as possible.

Almost everything in my closet is mine except for 3 new categories I've created called: From Net-A-Porter, For Others Outfits and Things I Want to Buy. I've got these categories to enable me to download "inspiration" items which I don't want to co-mingle with my own things. (Oh and actually, there are a few "high ticket" items in my closet which I don't own like the "H" belt buckle, the Mulberry Bag, the Hermes bag and the Prada Dress) Plus there are some basic pieces I own but which I've borrowed from others' closets/stock because the photos are better. I own everything else in my closet. It's mostly very affordable items. I want to start purchasing classic designer pieces which will last a L-O-N-G time...it's the only way I can justify the cost!

all the items in my closet are mine and I'm still going as it takes ages to take the pics and upload them, so for now I've my most used items up first. I think this site is great for inspiration and it's great to see what outfits everyone creates and it's even better if there's an outfit using your closet! As sometimes it's good to get anothers perspective as they might put something together that you may not have thought of :)
Miri...you are SOO lucky having a mum who gives you her handbags...that is awesome!
I collect handbags (mostly guess) and my collection is ridiculously enourmous but I do use them all! lol!
I just say that you all have great styling ideas and I love looking at everyones creations.
I just have to make some more time to upload more pics as I still have more pieces to add...it's never ending isn't it! :)

Lol She has tons of nice bags. Some i can use and others i can't because it's not my style or whatever.
Lately she steals mine. I guess we're even! :)

I own everything in my clothes & shoes... spent hours and hours photographing hundreds of items, but I've added other things (handbags etc) to my Accessories and borrowed jewelery for my folder - it's too hard to photograph jewellery :)

I do! I use CC (on and off it must be said) to inspire me to wear what I already have but in different combinations. The wishlist/nice to have thing just doesn't work for me- I have too much as it is and half of my clothes don't get enough of an airing as it is.

How do I make my closet only the clothes that I own, I have all these random items in my closet that I don't want in there and I can't seem to figure out how to just make it my own clothes...
