Topic: Wax keeps appearing on my Hunter rain boots

I know on the Hunter webtsite it says that a protective "wax" will most likely appear and can just be wiped off. Well my Jimmy Choo Hunter rain boots have the wax feature but it wont go away. I've wiped them down multiple times, with and without any kind of soap or anything and the wax reappears immediately giving my boots this awful chalky color. How can I get this to go away?

Have you tried rubbing alcohol?
