First, what is shoes? Duh! Basically it's the thing that we wear on our feet everyday but
I define shoes as: LOVE. Sometimes we can say that it's a part of us, or maybe you can say that it is part of our human body too. ;) It may sound materialistic if we say that it defines us but, what can we do? Cute guys may come and go but shoes are forever... Inspired from the extravagance of 18th century, with a touch of quirkiness, dash of sophistication, and of course a little exaggeration. This is what lead me to design this opulent but subtle footwear. I'm so glad to show you this lil' collection of mine, hope you like it. ;) Versailles- Suede powder blue round-toe pumps pleats detail, flute-columned heels, twisted ivory detail, with silver brass buckle. Tuileries- Leather T-strap sandals in pale yellow, with pearl and ostrich feather detail strap, contrast cap-toe heels, and flute-columned heels. Habsburg- Named after the surname of the latter Queen of France, canvas stiletto peep-toe pumps in candy striped seafoam print, with cherry detail and 'petit gāteau' design. Marseilles- Satin lilac stiletto peep-toe pumps with twisted ivory detail and 'fleur' ornament detail. Bertin- Named after the costumer of Queen Marie Antoinette, Mme. Rose Bertin. Pointed ankle boots with quilt & pleats embellishments and cluster of pearl detail. Kehl- Pointed satin & crepe lace up pumps, in seafoam/ivory, pearl clasp with rose silk chiffon detail, and ostrich feather touch. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, what do you think? Your opinions matter! So don't forget to pick your top 3. ;) Later, cheri! ;) Love, Gabby

Fantastic drawings! I love Versailles & Marseilles as shoes I would definitely wear. All the designs are beautiful though, I love how each one has a strong defining element. I think anyone at CC could wear at least two of these! :)

Tuileries, Marseilles, and Bertin- but they are all amazing! I love your collection, and I think everyone else will too. How did you get into shoe design? I would love to hear about it!
