For 2 of my jewelry items, I uploaded new pictures to the item. When I open the item, and in my wardrobe, the image is fine. However, when I create an outfit, the image disapears! It's so weird! FYI, I got both images from the same website, so maybe it is a problem with file type of formatting, etc..

Actually I don't think is a problem with the sites you downloaded them from. I'm having the same issue with a pair of earrings, it used to work just fine but then one day it stopped working. I can see the picture in my closet but I can't see it when I creat an outfit with them.

That's exactly what's happening with me... I was just trying to figure out if it's something I can easily fix by changing the format of my image or something!

I am having the same issue. I have uploaded a picture of a new dress from my camera. It's in jpeg format and it shows up in my closet. However, when I tried to create an outfit the image disappeared. I have other images that I have uploaded from my camera that work just fine. I'll wait a few days and see if this has changed.

Here's what you need to do.

1) Go into your My Closet > My Wardrobe area
2) Click on the item that's missing
3) Copy the URL in your browser bar
4) Email it to help@closetcouture.com

I have also noticed that when I hover over the image when in 'My Closet', it has a small white box with just the text item description, rather than an enlarged image as with the rest of the items. I have swapped the image and this continues to happen. Thanks!

Im having the same problem and I read Sheldon's instructions, however there are many, many items in my closet that disappear when Im making outfits. The image is seen in "my closet" but then disappears in the "style an outfit" box. Its so disappointing and Im not sure where to begin to look to let you guys know each item that disappears, as i have uploaded over 100 items. I come across it often when I attempt to create outfits. Please help! Thank You. I really love Closet Couture and know that you all are doing a great job!

This is still happening and judging by the posts, this hasn't been addressed in two years???

My problem is slightly different. I uploaded about 22 items to my closet, and 8 photos say "image no longer available". If I click on the item the image is there. However, I'm not going to continue adding items if they are disappearing from "view wardrobe". I've emailed for help and have received nothing.

seriously screw this website. just spent so much time taking pictures of all my clothes and then after i upload all the pictures they dissapear when i try to make an outfit. none of them can be viewed in the make an outfit area. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME

We just updated parts of the site and there was an issue with something that produces the images. Your clothes are still there. Everything should be back to normal soon. I'm working on getting it restored as soon as possible, but it could take a few days in a worst case scenario. Sorry for the problems.

I just created an outfit and I'm not able to view any of it. It's saved in "my outfits" but the box is empty.
