Hi, I try to enter the brand when uploading items, but there is always just the standard list. It'd be great if the list remembered any new brands you included. And perhaps you could remove brands that you would never use?
(Could be a sponsorship / advertising implication I'm not sure about!) |

Yes. I uploaded a number of items from the same (unlisted) brand and would like a way to not have to type it in time after time. Also, a way to view closet not just by garment but by brand?

And how do we petition for our favorite brands to make the list? Some of the "chain stores" many of us have access to, like Ann Taylor, Loft and Talbot's, would be great!

I've found that while closet couture has a wonderful interface, its a bit...well, there is a certain negativity. The whole rating the outfits thing, I've noticed that people rate outfits negatively sometimes. They also don't seem particularly positive, compared to other sites. The community here seems a bit standoffish and negative, though there are certainly wonderful people here.
Clozette, for example, has a wonderful community of positive people. Its a very striking difference. I'm thinking of going back, despite the difference in interfaces. I wonder if anyone has noticed this, or what can be done about. I know I'd never rate an outfit negatively! If I love something, yes, but if not, if you can't say anything nice, then (please) don't say anything. |

Eliseelise, please let me know what outfits are being rated negatively... we work very hard to make sure this is a positive environment here, and negativity is rare, and should be managed. You can shoot me a personal message and I am happy to help. In the meantime, please enjoy CC and thanks for letting me know. xx
