My wedding ring is a plain and in 22k yellow gold with inscriptions on it. Lately i can see scratches on the ring. Is there any way i can remove the scratches on my ring?

I am assuming the scratches are on the gold part... try to polish it! There are plenty of home kits you can use, or take it to a jeweler as they can usually buff the metal.

I agree with JH above - just drop by a jewelry store, they will usually be able to polish it on the spot. Good luck! Chris

Yeah, taking it to the jeweler is your best option. However, be aware this will be an ongoing issue. Gold is a soft metel and as such can be scratched or even bent with time.

I understand that people might mistake you as "engaged" but as the other expert mentioned, you don't have to worry too much about other people and their thoughts :)
However, I too received a beautiful engagement ring that was a family ring and was much too beautiful to pair with any sort of wedding band that would draw attention away from the ring. We decided that we did want a wedding band, more to symbolize the bond of our marriage (as that is the idea behind the wedding band) so we purchased a very small, thin band that was used as our wedding band. It was very simple with no frills and it works perfectly with the engagement band without taking anything away. That might work, and it is hugely cost effective! Wedding Rings Wedding Bands |

Nothing to worry about..Just give it the jeweler from whom you bought it to make it polish..

Wedding day and all the things related to that occasion is really precious.so not to worry just give that to jeweller and he will give the solutions to you ..
