What is the best way to wash lingerie, especially bras so that they stay clean and fresh but don't loose their shape?

Best way to wash a bra is...
1.) Close the hook eye (so it doesn't catch on other items in the wash) 2.) Put bra in a zip up mesh bag 3.) Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors and other fabrics of a similar weight 4.) Reshape the bra, lay it down flat and air dry (hanging it can stretch it out) The net bag will work for all lingerie as well! |

You can buy a mesh bag that is made especially for this process at Nordstroms in their lingerie department. I think I paid about $22. Good investment and totally worth it!

This might sound crazy, but I actually put my bras and delicates in the washer inside of a pillowcase. I just put a few bras in each one, then close it with a hair-tie (make sure it won't slip off during the wash cycle). It works great. I just lay them flt to dry then.
