WWD has just confirmed that Pamela Anderson will be the face of Vivienne Westwood for Spring 09.
I'm kind of sick to my stomach. I expected someone of a higher style caliber for Dame VW. Thoughts? |

Hah. Well, she probably wouldn't have been my first choice, either, but I'm sure that Dame Viv has got something up her sleeve. Plus, I think there's something kind of fun about using Pam Anderson for a "high fashion" ad--it kind of makes you laugh at the seriousness of it all, doesn't it?

I think Agyness Deyn would be much better.
Her look just goes with the clothes. Or Lily Donaldson. I would never have imagined Pamela Anderson be the face of Vivienne Westwood in a million years. It's just so weird, But you're totally right, everyone will be paying attention |
