I've been going through old magazines and deciding which ones I want to keep and which ones I want to get rid of. I love looking at old editorials and ads - I've created a binder with some of my favorites that really inspire me. This got me to thinking: which fashion mags are my favorites and what are yours?

T Magazine from NYT (style editions)
Elle Surface Lula And (dirty secret) I have a thing for Teen Vogue. Maybe it's the purse-sized format. But I always buy it. There, I said it and I feel better now. |

I read it, too. Such a guilty pleasure...and the size is also PERFECT for travel... Though somehow, I still always end up carrying a fifty-pound bag filled with magazines on every trip I take.

British Vogue and French and Italian - but I feel like I'm missing out too much when I can't read it :( Same goes for Japanese Madame Figaro
UK Harpers US Elle Australian Vogue - b/c I'm featured in it this month ;) Lula... jury's still out on - didn't think their December issue was as good. Does anyone agree? |

1. Vogue Italia 2. Vogue US 3. Harper's Bazaar 4. ELLE 5. InStyle (I especially love their style profile on jewelry each month...they consistently feature great designers and wide variety of pieces) |

In random order, the Top 4:
Elle Québec or Elle Canada (good to read something local - and affordable) Marie-Claire (French. My guilty pleasure ...!) Harper's Bazaar (US) Vogue, usually from UK. Vogue US seems to believe that money is a substitute for style, taste, originality, creativity - in short, for everything. Wrong.) 5 - No favorite, I'll pick what seems interesting that month - Elle (Fr. or US), rarely InStyle, on occasion l'Officiel as well - the "runway" special is good. |
