My mum bought these shirts for me, but I'm having trouble jazzing up these kind of shirt, without making my hips look big, any idea ?

Are these shirts or dresses? I can't tell from the photos, so I will assume they are shirts as you say.
How about pairing them with black jeans and heels? (or tights if they are dresses) I would add a chunky gold chain to the one on the right - not too long, maybe wrapped around a couple of times, or something with some volume. For the left, do you have a cream or brown scarf? You can drape / wrap and that might give the neckline some boost. I would pair that with black trousers or denim (tights) as well.
